For patients who are doing an event for charity, we often sponsor in terms of services, eg vouchers to put in a raffle, or sports massage for someone running a marathon. Please feel free to ask, our level of sponsorship will depend on the cause.
Fines Jar:
We keep a jar in reception for charitable donations. The charity that we donate to changes each time we empty the jar.
As mentioned under Boring Stuff, we operate a voluntary fine scheme for mobile phones that ring or receive a text message whilst in the clinic. We ask that £1 is put into the charity jar in these instances.
As mentioned under Schedule of Fees, we also charge patients for late cancellation or non-attendance; we donate 1/2 of the fine to the charity jar.
