Hot/Cold pack: Used for providing temperature therapy, a soft, malleable pack, that can be used in the microwave and/or the freezer. As these take 2-3 hours to cool down enough for use, if you require both hot and cold therapy, it's best to purchase 2 packs.

Cooling Gel: Used for providing cold temperature therapy, this gel is best used when away from the home, and access to a freezer is reduced. It is not as effective as a cold pack, but can be more convenient. We currently stock the "Biofreeze" brand.

Cooling Spray: Much the same as the cooling gel, but in a spray can, principal difference is ease of access to the desired body part, and personal preference. We currently stock the "Articare" brand.

Heat Spray: The heating equivalent of the cooling spray - we currently stock the "Deep Heat" brand.

Sports Tape: We stock sports tape of 1" and 2" width, by 10m length rolls; we also stock 2" wide underwrap, for use on hairy skin, or over abrasions. Our sports tape is made from silk, and is hypoallergenic and stable.

TENS machine: This is a portable, 4-electrode TENS machine, as referenced under Neural Stimulation, it can fit in a pocket or clip onto a belt, and is completely adjustable in terms of frequency and pulse rate; your chiropractor will advice you on the best use of this. We stock a rental version as well as sales stock, to find out if it's appropriate for you.

Bump Bag: Essentially a large, firm bean-bag with a cut out for a pregnant belly; often very comfortable for expectant mothers, and usually useful as a nursing chair after giving birth. We only stock 1 bump bag for you to try (or receive treatment on at need); and can provide you with details to order your own, or we can put in an order on your behalf.

Pregnancy Pillow: A slimmed-down alternative to the bump bag made from foam instead of a bean-bag, and fits inside a standard pillow case. As above, we only stock a demonstration model, but can either order one for you, or provide you details to order your own.

HippyChick Seat: A strap-on seat for a baby/toddler to sit on your hip without hurting your back by too much; rated for children aged 6-36 months. As above, we only stock a demonstration model, but can either order one for you, or provide you details to order your own.
